Years ago I lived with one the members of the singing group Libana. This piece was inspired by the lyrics of one of their songs: "Be like a bird, who halting in her flight, on a limb too slight, feels it give way beneath her, yet sings, sings, knowing she has wings, yet sings, sings, knowing she has wings."
This is the same multi-image, multi-layered digital art done in three different software programs that I have used in many of my pieces using my own photography. In this case, however, I'm experimenting with images I created for this project using Midjourney AI.
